Hello to all our great members!
I hope everyone has had a great summer this year, but fall is arriving and it time to look forward to the upcoming fall events, coming member meetings and rekindling our snowmobile excitement for the season. Our first involvement is not ride related but is a major fundraiser for the club and your participation is encouraged to represent the club at Beef a Rama in helping the Rotary Club Beef line & tent set up.
I will be organizing the tent raising again this year and would very much appreciate your assistance for the setup Friday, Sept 27th and tear down Sunday the 29th. Also, we need as many who can help again with the food serving on Saturday. I will be scheduling 2/4 hour shifts based on your availability for Saturday throughout the event 7 am through 5 pm. Some enthusiastic participants stayed until 9 pm to help the benefit we receive from the Rotary Club. Every hour helps!
We will be setting up the tent & bandstand from 8 am till done, probably 12 noon, & tear down Sunday 8 am till done.
I hope all that attended last year can come to help again & enjoy the bantering and participation! Any of those who have not been there before, please come and have a great time helping out!
