We would like to have a headcount of those attending a few days prior to the event to provide to the establishment, so they can determine the amount of food needed.

This year, the club will be charging for meals, and the cost will be determined based on the location of the meeting.  You can always participate in the meeting without having
dinner.  There is an option to pay online, as well as paying at the door by way of cash or check.
