A “big thank you” goes out to all of those that came out on Saturday, May 13, 2023 to help clean up our stretch of Highway 70W for the Adopt-A-Highway Program! 

We had 14 brave souls pick up trash and battle the ticks.  Our team cleaned up 15 bags and 2 tires worth of trash in the 1.3 mile section of road, from Mercer Lake Road to Kilawee Road.  The snow along the roads was finally gone making all the trash more visible. It’s great to know we have club members willing to take the time to help out to make the Northwoods a better looking place, even if it is just our stretch of road!
