Despite the snowy weather as well as it being Thanksgiving weekend - we had a great turnout ~ 120 people.
A HUGE Thank You to John and Tom Teichmiller and their staff (Tracy, Minnie, Jen, Heather, Kurt and Spencer) for making this event possible.
Equipment Maintenance Work Nights
In support of our motto, “GROOMING FOR YOU IS WHAT WE DO”, the Minocqua Forest Riders remain committed to manage and maintain our scenic trails. To this end, there is a variety of equipment necessary to accomplish this annual responsibility. Current club equipment values $800,000. Maintaining this investment is important to ensure annual
trail preparation and continued maintenance throughout the season.
The snowmobile season is fast approaching. In preparation, there are work sessions scheduled on Wednesday nights at the groomer shed which is located at the entrance of Minocqua Winter park. The work sessions focus on preparing the equipment for the start of the season as well as providing necessary weekly maintenance throughout the season. Club members are invited to participate.
