Trail Grooming Updates : Feb. 10, 2025
Here are reports from our volunteer groomers. We will be trying to post grooming reports on a regular basis – future reports will be in the Members Only Section accessible from the top menu of the home page.
From Monday February 10th
- Groomed 10E, 9, BB last night fair to ok. Thin in spots, leaves and base showing, definitely rideable. Pray for snow
- Groomed 12 W,7 and W last night. Trail looks good but very thin. Fair to good
- Completed Kobart Trail RT3. Fair to good.
- Just got back from 8 east. 90% of corners are ice.
From Sunday February 9th
- Trail 10 and 5 south to Bootjack swamp report. Trails in fair to good condition. Some areas are worn down with little base. Other areas starting to get a base. Rocks are starting to appear by the gravel pit on 10. Video below was taken by our Club President Jerry Wakefield on Trail 5 just north of the Bootjack Swamp.
- Trail 10 East and 9 complete. Trail condition is FAIR. Dirt and leaves showing frequently
- Trail 12 east to tin865 fair condition-Cedar Falls swamp is rough
- Groomed 8, 8B and 12 west of the Willow this morning (Sun 2/09). Fair condition on 8B from Willow lake then to the Price County turnaround. 8 and 12 west of the Willow had some good spots but some very rough spots as well, mainly rough in the areas recently logged. Not much of a firm base anywhere.
