This is the plan IF we can ride the trails:
Registration will be held at Hazelhurst Pub. Volunteers will arrive at 8am for setup and participants can arrive after 830am. A bartender will be available at 9am. The ride will leave Hazelhurst Pub at 10am with groups leaving every few minutes. We have 2 stops for the group this year. Ed will discuss these options with each group as to which establishment they want to go to. The first option is LaCannes on Swamp lake and the second option is Pickles. Then onto Willow Haven for lunch and raffles. Volunteers are asked to arrive by 10 am at Willow Haven to set up baskets,organize for raffle sales, and a second registration area at the front door. Jo from Willow Haven will again have the sound system and tables available for our use.
This is the plan IF we don’t ride:
Registration for everything will begin at 11am at Willow Haven. Volunteers are asked to arrive by 9:30 am to set up the baskets and registration area.
I am in need of volunteers for obtaining liquor for the liquor pull and any other donations and sponsorships. I am currently organizing volunteers for the day of the event. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if interested in being a volunteer Saturday, Jan. 27th, I would like to meet with the volunteers and discuss what is needed for the event.
