March General Membership Meeting

MENU:

Option 1: Chicken Dinner: 4 pieces of chicken, served with coleslaw, sweet corn, mashed potatoes and gravy.
Option 2: Half Rack of Ribs: Smothered in their BBQ sauce and served with coleslaw, sweet corn, mashed potatoes and gravy.

All meals come with your choice of side salad or soup and your choice of dessert: carrot cake or apple crisp.

For this month’s meeting, the cost is $25 per person whether you choose chicken (Option 1) or ribs (Option 2). When you RSVP, please provide the full name of each person eating and whether they want chicken (Option 1) or ribs (Option 2). We must provide a final count of attendees to Ting’s by March 4th. There can be no exceptions.

If you RSVP in the positive and you later determine you cannot attend, please consider making a donation to the Club, as the Club will have to pay the vendor for your meal(s).

Please plan to pay at the door by way of cash or check payable to “Ting’s Tamarack Tap”. Having the exact amount is always appreciated.

You can always participate in the meeting without having dinner, but please let us know if you do not intend to eat when you RSVP, so the vendor can arrange for additional seating.

We need to have a headcount of those attending by March 4, 2026, so the vendor can determine the amount of food needed.
RSBVPs are needed by March 4, 2026, even if you are not planning to have dinner.

RSVP with the full name of people attending and, if they will be eating, their dinner option no later than March 4, 2026, to secretary.mfr@gmail.com
