It’s time to talk Grooming!

We are once again starting the process of gathering groomers for the upcoming season.  A meeting will be held on Sunday, October 15 at 10:00a at the Minocqua Winter Park Maintenance Shop.

We’ll start by getting a schedule completed for most of the season, and then begin to explain the proper procedure to remove a drag from the machine, along with the operation of the new winches that will be on both the 14 and 16 groomers.

Anyone interested in starting or continuing to groom for our club are welcome to attend.  Some of you have already expressed days that you want to groom, and that information has already been added to the schedule and we will then fill in new requests.  If you wish to groom, but cannot make the date please contact me.

Brats and hot dogs will be provided for lunch (anyone interested in cooking……let me know when the meeting begins).

(P.S.) Yes, it’s a Sunday, and there’s no Packers game scheduled.  We are trying to accommodate people that in the past have had to work on Saturdays.
